Watch offer not approved

I completed the form for the watch7 offer but haven't had a response from Samsung. I've tracked the offer and it says waiting approval. The tracker says it takes 5 working days for approval but that has been and gone. I've tried to contact Samsung with no response and the EE guides on the message service are zero help. Has anyone had this but received the watch?

@Ariel-Tonks  As the free gift is from Samsung you’ll need to wait for Samsung to get back to you.   Many customers have successfully claimed the free gift.
