I joined EE in February and purchases a Galaxy S23 Plus contract. There was a promotion for S series handsets which meant Samsung Buds Pro 2 earbuds were included for free at the time. However, I was sent a pair of Samsung Buds 2 (not Pro). I have called EE support to get the right pair sent out, but no one has contacted me back to arrange replacing them. Please help.
