Hi there.
Due to an IT issue at work I wasn't receiving emails from EE for a new Perk account. That issue is now resolved, however I've now not got any way to verify my email. (I'm always checking junk as well.)
If I tried to log in (with work email, with the correct password), I got errors about an unknown account. Now it says "Maximum Login Attempts reached, For security this account has been locked for the next 24 hours."
I do receive password reset emails. I've tried a reset to no avail (before the lockout).
Trying to register again gives me "The details provided are already registered for EE Perks."
Once the 24 hour timeout has elapsed I need the verification email to be re-sent but there doesn't seem to be any way in the UI to do that.
Help please!
