Good morning,
Unable to log in for EE PERK DISCOUNT however my email address' have not changed.
I am able to login to my person account and still have access to the same work account and email address.

What happens when you are trying to login to your Perk account? Do you seen an error message?

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your reply. I am unable to log in with my credentials getting a username or password is incorrect message.
I the username should be correct as I am unable to re-register and I have already been sent EE perk emails to both my personal and work email address.
The issue I then run into is that the password reset email is not being received to either my personal or work email address and does not appear to be being blocked or going into my spam/junk folder.
