Unable to access EE perk codes with NHS email or ID badge

  • I have tried to add the nhs email to the perk registration (Registration not log in) to which it said "please enter a valid email address"...it is valid! So instead I added a picture of the nhs ID but this didnt work. Im at a loss on how you are suposed to generate these codes! Can someone please advise how you get these 5 codes.

When providing your work ID as proofs are you registering using your personal email address?
