Hello,
I understand that UK Military Veterans are entitled to the 20% Discount Perk.
I applied and provided proof of my Military Service by uploading a copy of my Forces Pension paperwork via the EE Perk site.
However, I’ve now just received an email that says my ID Card (I never uploaded an ID card!!) does not meet the criteria. Veterans have not yet been issued ID Cards. I uploaded a copy of my Forces Pension P60 Certificate - this proves I’m eligible as I wouldn’t be getting a Forces Pension if I hadn’t served!
Can anyone help?

Hi Chris I did provide my Armed Forces Pension letter and it was still declined, not sure why as the same proof was excepted 2 years ago ????

I've just attempted to re-register (2 years) with my service certificate which was previously accepted and is now not.
There seems to be a massive disconnect in information and validation from year (2) to year.
