Sorry Rach, but it's too late. I messaged one of the guides at the store and it was him him who tried to sell me the wrong phone, the wrong plan and all for £20 a month more than what I wanted. It was after I spoke to the guide at the store that all my discounts disappeared.

I can understand your concern @elbowloh, but our chat service doesn't connect you to the guides in our stores and if you did go in store you'd be able to see the phone in person before leaving.
If you call the team they will send you the details to check before anything is confirmed, to ensure you get the phone and plan you're looking for.
It does sound like there was a mistake made when you spoke with us over chat, and I'd like to get this rectified, but you will need to speak with someone for this to happen.

Well that is weird, because when I joined the chat, it gave me the guides name and I'm pretty sure it said they hat they were from the Richmond store.
Sorry Rach, but I don't want to call anyone, I don't want to speak to anyone. I don't care about seeing the phone. I just wanted the phone and plan I wanted, for the price I wanted and do it online with no hassle.
I'm done and EE have lost a customer of 23 years.
