Trying to claim buds after Google 10a purchase

Hi there

Having difficulty claiming free Buds. The frustrating two week wait has thrown me, I can't find any receipt etc.  Any advice please!?

In case you don't already have it, this is the claim page to submit your claim. If you still have the delivery note that came in your package, a photo of that should suffice as a proof of purchase. But if you need another proof of purchase, get in touch and our team can send you one out as a PDF to upload for your claim.
