Good afternoon gang,
Could someone advise me with regards to additional data charges (Top Ups) on my monthly bill.Every month I seem to be getting billed extra for top ups that I haven't even requested.
The butter brain that is me,and it's very likely I may be doing something wrong on my account settings,like the capping option on the extra data section.
Have not contacted EE direct as of yet.
Find it perplexing though,but would be grateful for any advice.

What are the additional charges listed as on your bill?

Top-ups are only applicable to PAYG, not monthly bills, & are just adding money to your credit, not buying data.
What does it actually say verbatim?
