I'm researching the offers for tablets/iPads on the website as a new customer, but I can't see an option to order. Signing in just takes me to the community page.

Hi @martheman.
Welcome to the EE Community.
To order a tablet/iPad with EE you must already be a pay monthly customer with an account.

@Katie_B : Just to check, that can be a mobile phone or SIM-Only contract?

Yes, it can be any pay monthly plan.
Of any length term? Isn't there some condition of being within the 1st 17 months of a 24 month contract?

That's right @XRaySpeX 🙂

@James_B : We overlapped. Did you include the condition of being within the 1st 17 months of a 24 month contract?

Hi @XRaySpeX,
As tablets have their own data plan and SIM, they don't fall under the terms of add to plan products.
Hope this helps. 🙂

@martheman I assume you are definitely eligible?
Have you had an EE SIM only before? When I first joined EE I wasn't eligible for a pay monthly plan and had to have a sim only for 6 months, fast forward 2 and a half years and I now have 5 devices/lines with EE.
Do you have any existing plans? EE wouldn't give me a 5th line for a very long time due to my credit rating. Sometimes with newer customers they limit them to 1 or 2 lines for a period of time until EE can accurately assess their credit worthiness in terms of bill payments.
At what point when you attempt to place the order does it take you back to the community page? It would normally not let you get to the basket screen if you weren't eligible for another line/plan.
