I purchased a google pixel 6a on the 30th of October which included a £200 prepaid card. I have not received a link yet for it and when I call EE or the rewards team they keep saying that is not their fault and continue blaming each other. What can I do?

I have only one phone number on the account so there should not be any confusion. I have spoken again with customer services over the phone and no one knows what is happening. Help please!
