I’ve followed the link via the text message from EE to activate TNT. I select my email address then set up an account with TNT. When I log into the TNT app it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply James. Unfortunately I’m hard of hearing so I can’t call customer support via the link you provided. I’ll keep trying the help page until the Live Chat option pops up.
