TNT sports

I can't activate TNT sports. I go to activate it but it says I have nothing to activate. I go to BT and it says my account is not recognised and I need to have an active subscription. I go to the discovery+ app and says I don't have TNT sports and need to purchase it. This is extremely frustrating considering I have TNT sports as an inclusive extra and when I had BT sport everything worked fine. Now the BT sport app is shutting and even that has stopped working. I have contacted EE and discovery+ customer support but still no help. EE told me to speak to discovery and vice versa. I have no clue what to do next so I'm hoping someone here can help me. Please don't send me the same activation links because I have tried that

Is it here on the discovery+ on BT TV page that you're trying to activate it?

Hi

Yes I've tried that link. It tells me my tnt sports account is not recognised. I've also tried the link to activate via ee and it says I have nothing to activate
