TNT app cancellation and refund

Hi,

I just added TNT sports as an add on to my EE contract today but immediately changed my mind and cancelled it minutes later. Can you please let me know if this can be refunded as I can't see anywhere where I can speak to someone on live chat.

If you give our Customer Support team a call, they'll be able to try and remove it immediately, rather than the next billing date.
