Having the same problem been trying for over a week now called discovery who said I had no BT account, I did called EE whom told me to log out of Bt Sports which was working, now Not !!
Called BT WHO CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!
then put me back through to EE who told me to text sports to 150. Which says I have already activated the Sports. But I can't get on tnt or Bt .
Ee due to call me back on Monday.
Now spent over 16 hours on the phone for the iusse they have made.
F Ed off !!!
Plus I missed yesterday's football.
I think it's all a Cluster f*ck.
Please let us know if anyone finds a fix.

I’ve still not got anywhere, now the app isn’t working, the only thing I can think of doing is going into an ee store and sorting it that way

So many of us having the same problem, I have yet again spent over two.hours today truing to sort this with tech support.
Who can't help still I am waiting a call.back after some.web page has been sent to.some other departments in side ee.
Now missed the champions league again.
I have offered a Soultion too them but they appear not to.be able or willing to do this.
As I have 5 phones with them and land line and BB .
You think commonsense would aloud them to.jusy set up a new link to the sports app.
So here is my last Soultion give me £30 off my bill each month and I will set it up with TnT myself.?

I am sorry to hear that this has made you now miss another match.
Our technical care team are in the best position to look into this further.
Did they provide you with a timescale for a call back?
We are unable to look into resolutions of this kind here on the community.
I would recommend speaking with our technical care team again when they get back in touch.

Sorry to hear that you didn't get that call back, I'm not sure what happened. I can only suggest giving our technical support team another call to check what's happening with this.
