Hi,
I have signed up for 1 Gb EE Full Fibre Broadband and this should include free Game Pass Ultimate for a year. It's been two weeks since the service was activated and I've still not received a text to set it up.

Hi. I'm now 6 weeks into my 500mb full fibre deal and still no text or email with my code for the 6 month xbox game pass which was part of the deal. Any advice on how long it takes or do I have to chase this myself?

Hi, I've upgraded my mobile contract and included the Xbox ultimate game pass as an included extra. I have activated it through a text message but have no idea how to activate it on my sons xbox. I didn't get a code or anything. all the links I click on in the messages I've received just tell me to install the gamepass app on my phone!!
Any ideas please

Hi Leanne
I called this number last Friday and was advised that this was a hiccup and that I'd be sent the text message within 72 hours and the enjoy using Game Pass.
It's now 6 days later and I've not had any texts, only a customer satisfaction one. Have checked my emails too, in case it was actually an email I'd be sent but nothing there eithet. Do I just keep calling back and hope I get somewhere?
This is frustrating.
