Sports pass

Hi, recently purchased a now tv 24hr sports pass but unknown to me, my husband has now tv included in the tv / internet package. Used a pass previously with bt internet, without a problem. With us having now tv would i be able to easily use a 24hr pass or do i need to add sports to our package? Help??

Just so I can be sure I've got the right idea with this one, am I correct in thinking you've previously had NOW with them direct, and would buy the Sports pass when needed, but now get it as part of EE TV?

Used to have bt , so used now tv 24hr sports pass for certain games, activated easily. Changed to ee with tv including now tv, so my question is can i still use a 24hr pass for sky sports or do i have to pay for a monthly subscription? Tried to activate a pass on my tv at the week, unsuccessfully. Any help appreciated.

Cheers @Blue37, where was it you added this pass since switching to EE TV?
Was it through the EE app, or was it through NOW directly?

Switched to ee approx a month ago, no idea that now tv was added until i looked. I purchased through now tv app on my mobile as thats what ive done before with bt. Tried to look on my husbands ee account but couldnt see how to activate the pass. Tried ringing but the wait time was too long as the match was about to start. Thanks

Cheers @Blue37, just to be 100% sure do you have the same login on your phone for NOW that you use with the EE TV box?

Nope as i pay for the extra football and my husbands emails on the ee internet.

@Blue37 If you use a different NOW login on the TV to the one that you purchased the pass on, then this won't transfer over. 

If it is the same login though, could you please let me know what exactly happened when you tried purchasing the pass?
Did it let you watch Sport on your phone?
