Smart benefits

Hi

I've recently come back to EE after a couple of years, good to be back.

When I took out the package I'm sure I asked the sales rep for smart benefits as I wanted Netflix added to the account but after looking through my account today I don't see the option I also checked what SB's I had but it says I don't have any on this plan.

 

Confused.

Are you able to choose them on the Smart Benefits section of the My EE desktop site?

It states I don't have Smart benefits in my tariff!

I'm sure I said to the phone rep that I would like smart benefits.

Going to call EE and see best way to resolve.
