Ee perks

I am unable to log in to EE perks. It does not accept my password, I do not receive password reset email, I have checked all folders and repeated many times. It tells me I am registered when I try to register as a new member. It seems lots of people have this trouble. I have used EE perks in previous years so I know my account is verified. Help.

Have you verified your email address?

Which error message do you see when trying to login?

I am with EE since 2009 and I have accessed my EE account through the app.

Do I have to register again for the perks?

Your EE Perk isn't linked to your My EE login.

What issue are you seeing when trying to log in to EE Perk?
