Smart benefit

Hi I have smart benefits 

i use BT app to watching football 

the problem is when I try to share screen on my tv it doesn’t let me to do that

and it said you have to tell to EE to enable this option 

what should id do

@Arshampy  You need the large screen pass to watch on a tv.  You need to text SPORT to 150. You smart benefit is only for watching via the app on your device.
