How do I get my new smart benefit to work (Microsoft 365) I have activated it with EE and have spoken to EE, various departments, then I was given a Microsoft phone number which only directs me to a web site which doesn’t help

@Julianm How is a phone number you was given getting you to a website?

If I ring the number it tells you to visit a website with no options to speak to a person
