Samsung Free Earbuds

Good day

I've recently upgraded my kids phones to the Samsung A54 5G with the free earbuds online

I don't see any information on the orders to how I claim the free buds,

I've tried calling 150 but there isn't an option to discuss these and when I finally got hold of someone it was the wrong department, also tried the new rapid ee text system but again can't make sense of it or get through to the right people, 

has anyone claimed the free buds, and can explain how I do it please.

You've no need to make any claim. Had you looked under the Features section from where you ordered it you will find:

Your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

• Mine arrived by post. You should be able to speak to someone in customer service and ask them to send them to you.
