I’ve been an EE customer for over 35 years. Prior to travelling to the US for work I contacted EE on three occasions regarding my Roam Further package. I was assured that my internet would work on arrival in the US. Unfortunately it didn’t and I have he’d to pay to stay connected. Unfortunately with the time difference the office is closed 😡
