Roaming charge in uk

I have been charged for the last year for roaming charge and not been out of uk for about 15 months  

I must of set up when I went to Spain over a year ago but still getting charged even thou I have not been out ok uk ? 
I have just noticed the tick box I had selected so have not taken off but why have i’ve been charged even though I’ve not been out the UK

If it's the Roam Abroad Pass you have, text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150. For as long as you have it & don't cancel it you'll be charged £25 per billing month.
