I’ve tried to add on the roaming data add on via the app and website and each time it’s comes up technical error, I’m travelling to the USA next week and need the add on in place.
Also I’ve noticed each month I’m getting extra charges on my bill from the same service company that I’m not using, how do I stop these charges? Thanks.

Try texting ROAMING PASS to 150.
Remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.
