Roam further

I bought roam further while in the US but it looks there is no way to access it without having texted "roaming" to 150 while in the UK.

Is that's right and how do I cancel if so?

Also, there is no way to contact ee from the US without mobile data.

Is that right?

Also the app is down which doesn't help.

Yes, you needed to have texted ROAMING to 150 while in the UK. Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c. You should be able to remove the Roam Abroad Pass from your online MyEE Add-ons.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
