The reward card you assured to send me is like three weeks and haven't received it.

I've checked the FAQs on the Reward Card Offer help page and it says you should receive the reward card within 30 days of completing the claims process. 

There are some steps on there to follow if you don't receive it within that timescale too.

Could you give us a bit more information about the reward card and why you are receiving it? Did you receive a text message from us about registering for it?

Yes i got a text with my contact a unique code to register and after a mail of a code to activate when it arrive.

It’s more than 30 days and haven’t still received this reward card, Wow was it real at all?

Hi @Richard305,

Which phone did you purchase and when?

The two recent offers we've had were for a digital pre-paid card which you register online. You don't receive a physical card in the post.

Oh really I didn’t know that, what was the email with an activation code and an assurance to be delivered for then.
