Hi, I recently took out a new contract for a kids phone with ee. I’ve been with ee forever already.
my other kids wants a watch too, so I was going to refer a friend - his dad - so he could get the watch and we both get vouchers. The link for refer a friend in my order confirmation email isn’t working. How do I get a link? Thanks

I have actually found the link now with my name on it, but it doesn’t work. It says web page doesn’t exist when he clicks the link

You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

im not a simpleton, I understand how to buy a phone or accessory and indeed that it requires payments.
so, how do I get my referral code to work?

What @XRaySpeX was explaining is that you can't order an accessory without having a phone/device contract to add it to.
What does it say when you try to add the code?

when I bought the first watch I received an email asking to click on a hyperlink for refer a friend. That hyperlink doesn’t work. My husband found the above link with a ee t&c document
Please can you either send me a link that works, or fix this link? Can you do that?
or shall I just call someone to solve this?
