I referred a friend in July 2022, we were promised £25 each Amazon vouchers after 45 days and he paid 2 bills. All done, still no vouchers! Despite going on chat every week only to be fobbed off with excuses! How unfair to promote this and not carry it through! I am so angry. Anyone had the same trouble??

It hasn't been chased up. I work, and don't relish sitting on the phone explaining,  again, just to be told to go away!

Did you get this sorted?! It's unbelivable that so called "EE Community Support Team" don't seem to be aware of the amazon voucher promotions and keep asking customers to send proof?! Absolutely shocking.

@TINYD161 I feel your pain James. I’ve experienced awful customer service from EE too. I don’t think people on here suggesting you call 150 is going down with you very well either. I can see you’ve spent hours on the phone with them already - Good luck, I hope you get it sorted. I suggest you make comments on social media about them (Twitter or Facebook).
