TNT sports on Discovery+ is activate but not working

I’m having the same login issues. Tried on and off for 6 months and not yet got in! Worked fine when it was BT. Just get an error message telling me to come back later. Any help gratefully received!

Open the link on a pc . Seems to not work on mobile phones or tablets .
