Hi there

I have the same issue. I have now reset the password. But it still doesn’t allow me to access my account. It is asking me to validate the account again.

Do you receive an email through to validate the account?

 

Can you check your junk/spam folders?

Hi. After getting the message that I need to validate the account, I didn’t get any emails. I checked the junk and nothing there either.☹️
