Hello,
This is happening with me also, it says
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
Last time I signed up for the NHS discount I was already in a contract so couldn't use it. Now I am about to upgrade so can use the code.....if I can sign in please.
If I try and register again, it says account already registered.
