I haven't used it in years, I’ve checked my junk email and nothing there, was hoping to get an upgrade today but don’t want an upgrade without the se perk code as its expensive without the code, i’m sure i’ve used my personal email, *************

Hi, i’ve tried to log into my ee perks and i’ve forgotten my password? I’ve tried to use the “forgotten password” but I haven't received an email to change my password, need my reply perks to upgrade our phones

Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email?
Did you register using your work or personal email address?
