It's written in my contract that I get the ear buds 2 pro so you can not get out of that just need to know my legal rights so I can cancel the contract.

I called 150 and they supposedly sorted it 10 weeks later still no ear buds I think your taking me for granted I thought it was bad when they altered my broadband without my knowledge at Meadowhall do I have EE broadband now NO.

They've already said they can't compete with what I have I'll not name who I am with but all my landline calls and to mobile and broadband speeds upto 72 for £22 is not bad.

I would like to make an official complaint about this matter how do I do that as I have been misled by EE into signing this contract this is what the banks did with PPI.
