I'm trying to purchase something from EE but asks me to add a phone or broadband device first. I'm not with EE so does this mean I can't purchase it?

Welcome to the community,

If you are trying to purchase an accessory, then you can only do so if you are on contract with a mobile or sim only contract, as the accessories are an add-on to your account.

You can always purchase a product by going to an EE store where you will be able to purchase it outright.

EE do need you to have an account with them first, pay as you go does not count either, it has to be a monthly payment account.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I have an ee business account but don't seem to be able to buy gaming products on a business account
