Tried ordering the ps5 fifa 23 bundle on line over the lazt 48 hours. They are instock. It says i can add it as an accessories to my account but will only give me the option to pay now. Rang EE they said it can be done online only even though i cant. Told me to get a different browser on 3 devices. Been a customer for 8 years dont see why it cant be done over the phone as its obviously the website. Anyone else had issues

@Kat1975  are you within the first 17 months of your current contract?  The length of time you’ve been with EE is irrelevant.

Yes i have. I can order anything else pay monthly even the newest xbox. But didnt receive any help when i phoned said it was an online exclusive nothing i could do dosent say that
