There's major problem with the Chanel 5 app keeps cutting out at advert ending done all I can seems the problem only with EE TV.Needs sorting

Upgrade phone

I upgraded my mobile phone and paid the  £30  fee and had confirmation email of my new phone  but the tracking number does not work and had no  emails  since and no record of it on my online account any ideas ?
