I recently took out a second line on my account for a family member to use on my account. I purchased the s22+, mainly because of the £300 prepaid card. When this didn't arrive after the stated 15 days I contacted EE. After speaking to the complaints team I was advised that I wouldn't receive the prepaid card as I was not eligible due to getting a discount for my second line. This was automatically applied and I assume applies to everyone with a second line. This was not made AT ALL clear when purchasing via the website.
