I've ordered a PS5 console gaming bundle via pay monthly accessories (currently showing in stock) however I haven't had a confirmation email, and the £10 upfront payment I made is showing as a credit on my account? Has this order gone through? And is it in stock as it says?

Hi.
Yep, was in my spam, however it has no mention of PS5 Gaming bundle as the email hasn't sent properly (says ${device.product.deviceColor as the product) and there's no order number or anything. Also, my account still says I'm in credit £10, no mention of the order anywhere in my account, and if I pretend to order it again it says I have 0 out of 5 monthly devices in use 😕
