I looked at getting the new Pixel 7 on April 20th as they had the pixel buds advertised with the phone. I appreciate that you normally have to claim them after so many days of having your phone so didn't think nothing of it until recently.
Upon going to the Google link to claim them it states that the offer ended on April 19th and I needed proof that I had ordered the phone before then.
I have a screenshot of the plan I got because I sent it to my wife before I ordered it. Where do I stand with this I tried to let it go but it's bothering me. The earphones are the reason I chose the phone and plan

That doesn't prove anything! It's undated & makes no mention of the Buds. Also as it shows your mobile no. it won't be published on this public website.
Furthermore you say "looked", not even ordered, on 20 April, the day after the offer ended.

Granted there isn't a mention of it on the page but advertising is 80% pictures and I didn't feel the need at the time to screenshot every step of my order.
There is also no mention of the date in the screenshot but my order is on the 20th and the metadata on the picture/album would back that up. I was looking for advice as to what my options were so didn't include all the details.
The bottom line is that the EE app has 2 versions of the pixel the 128 & the 256 GB with the 256 having the ear pods bundled with them so that's the one I went for. I agree my argument is loose and would need investigating but that's why I have posted on a community forum

Hi there @Grantmiles
Thanks for coming here.
Are the Buds mentioned on the confirmation email when you placed the order?
Leanne.

It wasn't mention in the order confirmation email no
I thought that was odd but just assumed a follow up email would come
