Perks login

I cannot login into my Perks account. I have requested a password reset 3 times but nothing comes through. Any ideas please??

Do you get an error message when you log in using the email address and password you originally registered? 

Have you checked your junk/spam email folders for the email to reset your password?

yes I get the error message and there is nothing in my junk folders which is confusing me.
