Perk code "not recognised"

Hi,
Trying do do upgrades for mine and my wifes phones. I've generated new perks codes but when I try either of them in the 'Got a gift voucher?' box at checkout (like the instructions say), it just says "Code not recognised".
Any suggestions?

It is, But does that not refer to the option advertised as £41/mnth, £0 up front rather than the £61/mnth, £30 up front options??
And if that cancels out my ability to add the 20% NHS discount onto my Wife's upgrade, then would that not also have cancelled out the ability to use my 30% multi-line discount (which I can use on my own upgrade)??
If it does cancel it out then I guess I'll just have to wait however long it is until the 'back to school' offer ends.

If you have a chat with our Upgrades Team, they'll be able to have a look at the different offers and find a compatible one for you, @PBee1601
Once it's all set up, you'll then be able to speak with our Mobile Care team to get the discount added.
