Xbox Ultimate addon / discount code odd on

Hi there,

I have added Xbox ultimate as an odd on to my accoint and can see it in the account but I can’t get it on my Xbox account, I received a text that was a broken link but cannot find any way to get it added

i also should have had a discount code added due to a perk code, this still isn’t showing but I did ask about this on Friday so hopefully is just lagging

If that's correct, what exactly was happening when you were trying to redeem this?

hopefully the discount will become visible next week else I have only solved half of the problem but glad that’s moved forward
