Hi. I'm trying to order a pay monthly ps5 when I check it says I can get it monthly but when I try ti add it to my basked it adds as a "pay now" nd the total amount of it. I've spoken to customer service and I was told I am eligible for it but they can't do it over the phone. Not sure what else to do.

@Buu_fernandes   Before you choose the item you need to make sure you are selecting the pay monthly option not the buy it option.

Yes I know. I click the pay monthly and it gives me options but once I login it disappears from the pay monthly bit.

If you go to buy now, does the upfront payment show as the full amount to be paid today?

The PS5 may be out of stock for add to plan, I would suggest giving us another call and the team can check availability and also make sure you are eligible to add accessories to your plan.
