How do I "login" and use the current offer on a ps5 controller?

@Aquastrike123  Are you a contract customer of EE ?  You can only purchase items from the add to plan store if your an EE contract customer and are within the first 17 months of that contract starting

I have gotten an EE pay as you go number and added it to my account but now it is saying that there is trouble logging in when I click the login button where the offer is.

Hi @Aquastrike123

To purchase a PS5 controller you would need to have a pay monthly account, you could not add this to a pay as you go account.
