Hi there,
I've tried several times to obtain my NHS perks but at no avail.
I've forgotten my password. On the perk portal it asks me to enter my email and it will send a verification code. Everytime I do this no verification code/password reset is received.
I've done test emails to and from my email address and it is working appropriately. So it can only be an EE fault.
Please help?
