Order/receipt number

Hi, I have just purchased Google pixel 7 today. I've been trying to claim my earbuds pro but it ask me for order number. On my contract it doesn't say anything about it. Any help

You will find your order number on the  email that EE sent you when you placed the order. If you have deleted the email, enquire through EE for the order number. See jpeg attached (taken from frequent questions asked).
