Hi I recently upgraded to an OPPO phone and claimed cashback. This was almost two months ago and I still haven't received the cashback. I have spoken to OPPO 3 times and they said that they are waiting for EE to confirm the purchase. Please can you tell me where to go from here and I'm going around in circles

I'm having exactly the same problem and oppo are saying it's down to the big bosses at EE and agents can't process this information I've been waiting nearly 6 weeks for a process I was told takes 21 days. No one seems to know anything or helps

I have spoken to oppo countless times they are saying the fault lies with EE. As ee have not sent the information over which is needed to complete the claim

Which phone did you purchase and when?
What information are Oppo waiting for?
Have you provided them with your proof of purchase?

I got 2 oppo X5 lite phones guy in-store at EE helped me do the claims £50 cash back for each phone proof of receipt was sent with claim. I had the email saying 21 days to verify. But since then nothing I have contacted oppo they are saying they have verified the claim they are just waiting for EE to verify purchase saying ee are very slow with this. They are saying once EE have sent this information they can pay out the cash back claim.
