I am looking into upgrading my phone and staying with EE, yesterday I have added a deal to my basket. This was enhanced with a Family & Friends discount (-£10 p/m) which is not available anymore after a period of 24 hrs. I would like to discuss over an online chat but I do not see the option.. Please advise

If you re-enter your friends and family code when you checkout, the discount should be added for you.

Hi @AnnaN2,
The codes are only available to friends and family of EE employees. If it was added in error at the checkout automatically, you wouldn't be entitled to the discount.
I'm sorry for any confusion this has caused.

Thank you for your response. This is disappointing . If I would have gone for the deal on the day it would have been applied.
I would have to have another look for the current deals.
It is a shame there is no online chat to discuss my options and offers .. but thanks for your help.
