Is there a way I can find out old codes that have been generated through my Perk account?
I have been made aware that two codes that i thought had been added to my account have never been added, and customer services have asked me to find the codes that I generated and gave to someone in store. These codes will now be nearly two years old. They can’t do anything unless I find the codes?

I'm disappointed to hear there's been some confusion surrounding this and your Perk codes haven't been added as expected.
Just on the back of @Matt_124's advice, I also don't think you'll be able to see these within your Perk account, especially with it being so long ago.

They are unlikely to still be listed in your Perk Portal as they have been claimed.
The store should have taken this code from you, added it to your receipt and redeemed it on their portal once they had activated your plan, or called up with you in store to add it after the Point of Sale with Customer Services. If they did not do this, there is likely little you can do unfortunately. Especially after such a long period of time.
